1. Upon arrival, please call the office to inform us you are here.

2. We will call you when we are ready for you to come in.

3. Please enter through the side entrance (it is the left door if you are facing the back of the building. There are two doors next to each other. Please use the right door).

4. Upon entering the office, your temperature and your child’s temperature will be taken.

5. Hand sanitizer will be available for you to use upon entering.

6. You will be asked questions from the COVID questionnaire again.

7. Everyone entering the office must wear a mask ALL times unless being treated in the treatment room by Dr. Kitsos.

8. Parents will be asked to wait in the waiting room unless there is an issue with your child in the treatment room being alone.

9. Please call the office with any questions.
